Hotel Sagar Tarang is a luxury RESORT in Puri, India’s one of the most visited tourist spots. We are known for our high quality facilities and services to our guests. We take pride in our dedicated staff which is always there to cater to its visitors with an earnest approach.

Our facilities include Spa, Swimming Pool, Conference hall, Marriage hall, Banquet and more. Our aim is to meet the requirements of our customers. We have been successful to satisfying our tourists since the year 2012.

Guests are kindly requested to carefully review and fully understand the Cancellation, Refund, Rescheduling, and other Policies before confirming a booking through our website, third-party platforms, or offline channels such as referrals or advertisements.

Property Policies:

  • The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel.
  • It is mandatory for all guest to carry a valid photo identity card & address proof at the time of check-in.
  • You can carry any of the following documents as a valid proof - Driving License, Passport or Voters ID (PAN Card is not valid address proof ID).
  • If your check-in is denied by the hotel due to lack of required documents, you cannot claim a refund & your booking will be considered as NO SHOW.
  • Unless mentioned, the tariff does not include charges for optional room services (such as food, telephone calls, room service, mini bar, snacks, laundry etc).
  • Please carry your booking voucher if you have done booking with our central reservation office/Hotel Web site or from Online or from local agents.

Cancellation and Charges:

  • 20% of booking amount will be forfeited of total room rent if you cancel this booking before 7 days of check in.
  • 50 % will be charged if you cancel from 2 to 7 days of check in date.
  • No refund if you cancel this booking 48 to 0 hrs of check in.
  • You will be charged upto the full cost of stay (including taxes & service charge) if you do not check-in to the hotel.
  • All the bookings from 20th december to 5th Jan, Durga Puja season and few long weekends are Non- Refundable.
  • The above cancellation policy is indicative and is subject to change at any time.

Reschedule Policy

  • Berries Group of Hotels allows rescheduling up to 15 days before the Date of Check-In, booked through hotel web site, subject to a Rescheduling Charge and applicable taxes.
  • If the tariff on the rescheduled dates exceeds the original booking's tariffs, the difference, along with the Rescheduling Charge and applicable GST, will be payable.
  • Please be aware that rescheduling charges may apply each time a booking is rescheduled.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy:

  • Our standard check-in time depend on location of hotel, and the standard check-out time also vary location wise. We are delighted to offer a complimentary early check-in by 2 hours if there are no prior bookings at the hotel for the previous night, subject to availability. For early check-ins earlier than 2 hrs, charges apply.
  • A complimentary late check-out by 2 hours may be granted if there are no bookings at the hotel on the day of your departure. Please confirm with front office one day before for availability. For extended checkouts charges apply.
  • The decision to offer early check-in or late check-out is at the discretion of Berries Group of Hotels.

Processing Refunds:

  • In the event of refunds owed to Berries Group of Hotels, the processing will be completed within 10 working days.

Liability:

  1. Guests bear full responsibility for any risks associated with their access, use, or stay at any accommodation, participation in experiences or events, or interactions with other individuals, both in person and online, to the extent permitted by law. Berries Group of Hotels and all parties involved in providing the services will not be held liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages.
  2. At Berries Group of Hotels, generator backups are available in case of electricity failures.
  3. Guests are encouraged to exercise caution while swimming, and it is essential for children to be supervised by adults when near the pool. Berries Group of Hotels does not employ lifeguards or provide flotation devices.
  4. Guests are accountable for the safety of their valuables, and any loss or damage to unattended items is not the responsibility of Berries Group of Hotels.
  5. Parking is at the vehicle owner's risk, and Berries Group of Hotels is not liable for any accidents or losses related to parking.
  6. Wi-Fi network fluctuations may occur due to various unforeseen reasons, and Berries Group of Hotels will make efforts to promptly resolve any issues. Please be aware that no refunds will be issued for network disruptions.

Basic Houes Rules:

The following actions are prohibited at Berries Group of Hotels:

  1. Smoking inside the property (only designated areas such as balconies, terraces, or gardens are allowed), including nicotine, tobacco-derived products, and cannabis-derived substances (including vaping and e-cigarettes). Non-compliance with this rule may result in a fine of INR 2500.
  2. Hosting DJ Parties or events.
  3. Exceeding the maximum number of permitted overnight guests.
  4. Generating excessive noise, especially after 10:30 pm local time.
  5. Disturbing neighbors or infringing upon their privacy or security.
  6. Engaging in illegal substances or activities.
  7. Participating in pornography production or prostitution.
  8. Possessing dangerous or hazardous items.
  9. Carrying firearms and other weapons, except those legally possessed by on-duty law enforcement officials or licensed security guards.
  10. Placing obstructions or unattended items outside the property.
  11. Making alterations or modifications to the property or its contents.
  12. Loitering or soliciting around the property or building.
  13. Undertaking commercial photography, filming, or videography without prior written consent.
  14. Utilizing the property for purposes other than personal accommodation.

Other:

  1. Berries Group of Hotels maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, harassment, racism, or violence. All individuals should be treated with respect and dignity.
  2. Pets are not allowed in any of the properties of Berries Group of Hotels.
  3. Initial supplies of toiletries are provided.
  4. Linens are provided for use during your stay.
  5. Guests may utilize only the amenities specified in their booking confirmation.
  6. Parking instructions must be followed, and guests are responsible for adhering to parking regulations.
  7. Guests are responsible for their own safety and should comply with fire, health, and safety rules.
  8. Damage to the property, regardless of its extent, must be reported promptly, as the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items will be deducted from the Security Deposit.
  9. Please direct all requests and communications to the onsite property management.
  10. Follow written instructions and house rules provided by Berries Group of Hotels.
  11. Ensure compliance with G Berries Group of Hotels policies.
